What a fun, random day of WoW. :D I logged on just before midday today, and went straight to Dire Maul to farm Steamwheedle rep. Halfway through the first run, a random level 15 nelf rogue whispered me & said "Hi".

Panadoll: farming rep
Kered: still doing the Insane achievement?
Panadoll: yeh.. who are you btw? lol
Kered: What's Kered backwards?
Panadoll: derek??

It was a friend I've known for several years now, who has always hated WoW with a passion. xD Apparently he has decided to play. :D He came to visit me last weekend - I hadn't seen him in ages - and I talked about WoW a lot. >< Maybe it was that. ^_^

So I stopped farming and went to run him through deadmines. Then I logged over to my rogue (Miuu, around level 17) and quested with him a bit. Was fun. :D

Thisevening I when I logged on I was invited to Ulduar sitout, so no Dire Maul runs.. and I didn't feel like farming Ravenholdt again. So I logged over to my rogue & Yuge ran me & Kered through BFD (on his dk Broodling). I'm getting sick of the rogue though. The only reason I rolled her was because, for the Insane achievement, the only way you can get from revered to exalted rep is by handing in Heavy Junkboxes, which need to be farmed by a rogue. But yeh, I'm not really enjoying questing because I've done these quests so many times before. :<

Anyways, I logged back over to Panadoll. The Ulduar raid broke up shortly after - I think it reformed a little later, but by the time it did I had already agreed to go to AQ20 with Death. She and Pelor have been farming Cenarion rep lately. AQ20 was pretty fun. :D I did very little healing, just lots of shield spamming. We decided to go to AQ40 after that, where I got a Red Qiraji Battle Tank! and Why? Because It's Red :D We didn't do much of AQ40 because we really didn't have enough people. But it was pretty fun anyway. :)

During AQ I asked my friend who was there, Tekno (80 rogue) if he would be interested in earning 1000g. I explained to him about the Ravenholdt rep.. seriously I would be willing to pay 1000g for a rogue to farm those boxes for me, it would be quicker for me to make back the money than it would be to level my own rogue to farm them. He said that because he's on his other account a lot these days, I was welcome to log onto Tekno myself and farm the boxes, and not have to spend any monies. Awesome! :D

Still later in the evening I offered to run Kered through SFK. He didn't have any flightpaths apart from Stormwind & Westfall. >< So we went on a very long adventure running from Ironforge to Silverpine Forest. I wish I had a passenger mount. :-/ SFK was pretty fun though.. I've done the instance on lowbie horde toons on other servers, ages ago, but had never done it on Panadoll. So I got an achievement for that too. :D

I've been really, really burnt out on WoW lately.. haven't really wanted to play that much. I've been getting a bit depressed about things.. I have problems with both of my toons' guilds.. and problems with the way I'm playing. Like I wish I wasn't so focused on trying to play awesomely and get awesome loots. I just end up feeling like crap when I don't play awesomely and don't get awesome loots. :P I really enjoy raiding but I often can't get past competitive feelings. I guess that's the main thing making me feel bad, cos I don't want to feel that way at all. I want to just be excited about seeing content I haven't seen before and reach my little personal goals. Not be comparing myself constantly to other players. :(

Anyways, I've been doing a fair bit of old world raiding with Twelve lately, on Panadoll. We've been to AQ40 (though we didn't down the final boss, and I wasn't online when they went back & did it ><), MC and ZG. I did really enjoy seeing all this stuff :) But I'm pretty crap at the 40-man raiding. Heals go where now? lol. ZG was the most fun I think, though I did really like AQ40 also. I've been wanting to see AQ for ages. I'm just annoyed I didn't get the achievement of completing it :(

I'd organised a SotM Kara for Monday night, but when I logged on Panacea I had all these mails from people cancelling. It ended up that only me, Yuge, Verd and Cretton were still keen to go. The two main people I'd made it on Monday for, Cy and Indi (guild leader) weren't able to go. Cy at least sent me a mail about it but there was no word from Indi at all. Slightly pissed off about that. Anyways I cancelled the Kara, since Yuge wanted to go off and do old world raids with Twelve anyway and Verd is adept at pugging such things. I wasn't into the idea of pugging Kara. Death has organised a ZA later this week, which should be interesting. :)
